If you have access to the
internet you can utilise our Remote Assist Support. This
allows a technician to log in remotely to your computer.
It works through a simple piece of software installed on
your computer. System security is maintained as the
software uses the latest 128 bit encryption to ensure
that your systems are protected at all times.
Additionally, a technician must wait for your OK to
begin a remote assistance session. Remote Assistance has
many advantages over on-site call-outs because:
• It offers excellent value, being charged in 10 minute
blocks
• There is no call-out fee
• A technician is usually available to assist you
right away
• It allows random problems to be addressed quickly
and as they occur
Remote Assistance can be used
