Several things have impressed me with Computer Troubleshooters Redlands.
On initial contact, the courtesy I was extended on the phone by Carl was
excellent - he didn’t treat me like
I was stupid. He gave me some good
ideas to try at home first. That way
it may not cost me anything.
I had been told by one company that the hard drive would need to be wiped.
I thought that was a bit drastic.
When Carl said try this at home and if it doesn’t work ring me and that
wiping your hard drive would be a last resort, it gave me a lot of reassurance.
Promptness of seeing me when nothing worked and I have to say also the
efficiency and courtesy extended to me down there.
Fantastic.
I’ve
been so happy that I’ve already spoken to a couple of people and said “look if
you have a problem go and see Carl at Computer Troubleshooters Redlands”
because I really did feel that I was out
of my league after trying various things on the phone with Microsoft.
I had got to a point where I was floundering with the technology side of
it.
He also alerted me to the fact that my computer had been sold to me with not
enough RAM to carry the program. He
installed more RAM and in one fell swoop it feels like I have a new laptop.
I am extremely happy.
The price was brilliant and spot on, what can I say!
I am happy to pay good money for good
service. If it’s a good price, fixed
in good time with issues identified and prevention methods explained, then it is
money well spent.
