It is now possible to drop your equipment to us if you prefer. We perform a considerable amount of our work onsite, so it will be necessary to make an appointment before dropping your PC to us, so we can ensure one of our technicians is available. At the service centre we have at our disposal all the resources necessary to ensure we can provide top quality diagnostic troubleshooting of any issue.

One of our top priorities, and an aspect of our service we particularly focus upon, is the importance of our client's data. We treat your data as if it were our own. Before any work is commenced on a PC we will ensure we have a copy of your data in the event that a PC might need the operating system reloaded. We have several tools at our disposal to ensure we can do this and will not proceed with any further work until we are satisfied that your data is safe.

Please Note that the service centre is open between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday. There is usually someone there outside these hours, but cannot be guaranteed - so please arrange a time if you wish to visit outside these hours.
