for $40 per half hour, but this requires that the

Hardware Setup, Support, Troubleshooting and
Repair |

$60 each additional half hour. Note that drop
offs/pickups can only be done by appointment as we are
often out at customer's premises. |

Remote Help and Remote control |

Currently, this
can be done for clients that have installed
cthelp.exe onto their computers. The rate is $75 per
hour |

Virus and Spyware removal |

No single virus
checker will remove all bugs. We offer an overnight
service with a fixed cost of $130 to remove bugs and to
do a general clean out of temporary files and the
computer registry. |

System Development |

System
development is done at the normal remote rate (or onsite
rate if it is required to be done on site) for smaller
jobs. For larger jobs we can negotiate a suitable
rate. |

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance |

We offer an overnight PC Tune UP service with a fixed
cost of $120 to do a general clean out of temporary
files and the computer registry and improve the speed of the
machine . |
